Luis Cantu Gomez

Luis is a senior majoring in aerospace engineering with a minor in mathematics from Monterrey, Mexico. During his time with the NUA2NCED Laboratory, he worked on designing problems for Sketch Mechanix, a software used for helping engineering students understand basic mechanics and structures problems. He previously worked on data analytics and developing API’s for a private retail energy provider in Texas. He is a certified private pilot working on an instrument rating as well as having experience in MIG/Arc welding. He plans on having a career in numerical simulation or flight system design.
